Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We only accept returns for items that have been damaged in shipping or are faulty in some way, or if you received the incorrect item. An exchange will be given when possible, or a return only if an exchange is not possible. This is on a case by case basis.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and initiate a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve initiated your refund, please contact us at versojewelry@gmail.com.
