Late winter foliage, trapped in layers of ice, capped with freshly fallen snow. The cumulative layers of winter on the tangle of the forest floor, just before spring begins to show signs of emerging.
A structure of twining branches made of brass, with a layer of icy copper leaves filled with paper, another layer of dense petals covered in a second layer of ice, two more layers of petals with paper textured to look like fresh snow. Finished with an encrustation of glowing freshwater pearls.
